Mardi Himal Trek
This Mardi Himal trek is newly opened off the beaten route begins at Suiket Phedi towards the south western lower slope of Mount Machapuchere. The trail passes through Dhampus, the second largest Gurung village to venture into the deep forests to above the tree line that flanks the Annapurna ranges. From high camp, we climb up towards the knoll of Mardi Himal (5500 m), enjoying stunning views of Mt. Machapuchere (6997 m), the Annapurna Mountain ranges and Lamjung Himal.
Highlight of the Trip
Excellent views of Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Annapurna, and Machapuchere, Dense rhododendron oak forest, chirping birds along the trail, mixed culture (Gurungs, Magars, Chhetris, Brahmins etc.)

Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel by our representative from TIA.
Day 02 : Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (910m/2986ft.) by tourist bus that takes 6 hours to reach there and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03 : Drive from Pokhara to trailhead Phedi and then trek to Dhampus (1600 m) that takes 3-4 hours and overnight at Camp.
Day 04 : Trek from Dhampus to Forest Camp (2100 m) that takes 5-6 hours and overnight at Camp.
Day 05 : Trek from Forest Camp to Humaal (3150 m) that takes 5-6 hrs and overnight at Camp.
Day 06 : Trek from Humaal to Guhe (4100 m) that takes 4-5 hrs and overnight at Camp.
Day 07 : Trek from Guhe to Machapuchere Base Camp (4175 m) that takes 3-5 hours and overnight at camp.
Day 08 : Trek from MBC to Humaal that takes 7-8 hrs and overnight at camp.
Day 09 : Trek from Humaal to Sedding (1500 m) that takes 4-5 hrs and overnight at camp.
Day 10 : Trek from Sedding to Thulo Chaur (1600 m) that takes 4-5 hrs and overnight at camp.
Day 11 : Trek from Thulo Chaur to Ghochock (1150 m) that takes 3-5 hrs and overnight at camp.
Day 12 : Drive to Pokhara (960 m) that takes 3 hrs and have rest in hotel.
Day 13 : Drive from Pokhara to Katmandu by tourist bus that takes 6-7 hours driving, overnight at hotel.
Day 14 : Departure from Nepal.
