Efficient, courteous, good value, very nice people

We used Himalayan Heart to book a 3 day trek around the mountains in Pokara. The tour operator, Shital, arranged return flights from Kathmandu, hotels in Pokara, all accommodation and food; he also introduced us to our trekking guide, Hari. I cannot fault one aspect of the trek. All of the logistical challenges were met without a single glitch. Our guide, Hari, was absolutely charming and went out of his way to accommodate us at every turn.

All in all, having the little details arranged for us saved a potentially large headache, enabling us to really enjoy the relatively short time that we had to trek. I am struggling to think how we could have made the trip without Shital's help.

We absolutely loved our trek and have vowed to return next year for a longer one. We will not hesitate to use Himalaya Heart and will be making a special request for Hari to be our trek guide!
