I had the honour to have Shital accompany my friends and I throughout our 20 days of volunteer and recreation trip in Nepal. Shital was really warm and hospitable, and this is exactly what we need when we were in a foreign country, when we were unable to communicate with the locals.
One memorable incident was during a strike, where shop houses were all closed and there wasn't a single soul on the streets. But Shital stayed very calm and composed, and was able to comprehend the whole situation in a way that ensured our safety while we were on the road. This really made us feel at ease.
Shital and his family also provided us with an enormous amount of hospitality and warmth while we were doing volunteer work in the village that he lives in, and we were really very thankful for that!
Thank you for the delicious meals, Kumar's chocolate cake, and not getting angry even when we were hungry late at night and you guys had to cook instant noodles for us!
The service and safe environment that Himalaya Heart Day Tours provides is really like no others, and you would really feel at home with their excellent service~!
