Trek Difficulty: Challenching
The Makalu Barun Trek is a magnificent segment of the Great Himalayan Trail in eastern Nepal. Starting from Tumlingtar and ending in Lukla, this trek takes adventurers through the remote and pristine landscapes of the Makalu Barun National Park. It not only challenges trekkers with its rugged terrain and high-altitude paths but also rewards them with breathtaking views of some of the highest peaks in the world, including Mount Makalu.
