Table of Contents
Now, for October 2025, we are offering a fixed group departure from October 10 to 18, designed especially for solo travelers, couples, or small groups who want to join others and reduce their trekking costs while sharing the adventure.
If you have extra days for trekking in Everest or other types of services you can join our Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek or regular EBC Trekking program.
Why Choose the Everest Panorama Trek?
The Everest Panorama Trek is a moderate-level trek that offers incredible views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and other Himalayan giants. Instead of heading to Everest Base Camp at 5,364 meters, this route stays at more comfortable altitudes — ideal for beginners, families, or those with limited time.
The trek also allows you to immerse yourself in Sherpa culture, visit ancient monasteries like Tyangbuche, explore traditional villages like Khumjung, and enjoy a rest day in the vibrant town of Namche Bazaar. It’s a perfect blend of mountain beauty and cultural exploration.
And by joining a group departure, you’ll be part of a guided experience with professional support, shared costs, and the opportunity to make lifelong trekking companions.

The journey begins with a scenic 35-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, one of the most famous mountain airports in the world. After landing, you’ll meet your trekking guide and support team. The trek starts with a gentle descent through charming villages like Chaurikharka and Ghat. Following the Dudh Koshi River, you’ll reach the small village of Thado Kosi, where you'll spend your first night in the mountains.
Walking time: 3 to 4 hours
Day 2: Trek from Thado Kosi to Namche Bazaar
Date: October 11, 2025
Today’s trail takes you across several suspension bridges as you hike through pine forests and pass traditional settlements. After reaching the Sagarmatha National Park checkpoint at Monjo, you’ll continue to Jorsalle and begin a steady uphill climb. Walking time: 6 to 7 hours
Day 3: Acclimatization and Exploration in Namche Bazaar
Date: October 12, 2025
Acclimatization is crucial, and today is dedicated to helping your body adjust to the altitude. Take a short hike to the Everest View Hotel, where panoramic vistas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam await. You can also visit Khumjung village and the Hillary School or relax in Namche’s local cafes and bakeries. This rest day ensures you're well-prepared for the days ahead.
Day 4: Trek from Namche to Khumjung
Date: October 13, 2025
A short yet scenic trek takes you to the traditional Sherpa village of Khumjung via the Syangboche Airstrip. This peaceful village is home to the Khumjung Monastery, which famously displays what locals claim is a Yeti scalp. You’ll also visit the Hillary School, a symbol of Sir Edmund Hillary’s legacy in the region.
Walking time: 3 to 4 hours
Day 5: Trek from Khumjung to Tyangbuche
Date: October 14, 2025
After descending to the river at Phunki Tenga, you’ll climb through rhododendron and pine forests to reach the spiritual center of the Everest region — Tyangbuche. Walking time: 5 to 6 hours
Day 6: Return Trek to Namche Bazaar
Date: October 15, 2025
You’ll retrace your steps through alpine forests and Sherpa villages, descending gently back to Namche Bazaar. This is a great opportunity to reflect on your journey and pick up souvenirs or local handicrafts.

Day 7: Trek from Namche to Phakding
Date: October 16, 2025
Today’s route follows the Dudh Koshi River once again as you descend past familiar villages like Monjo and Jorsalle. The walk is peaceful, and the lower altitude makes it easier to enjoy the natural beauty of the Khumbu.
Walking time: 4 to 5 hours

Your final trekking day includes a steady but manageable uphill trail leading back to Lukla. Once you arrive, celebrate with your guide and porters for completing this rewarding Himalayan journey.
